Fat Olives

With the original location in Williams, Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery offers their second location in Flagstaff to serve you. 

Over 20 taps of craft beer—both year-round and seasonal, from their brews and other Arizona breweries—are available to tickle your fancy. The distillery produces grain to glass spirits made at the Williams facility and includes vodka, prickly pear, and orange blossom vodkas, rum, gin, and un-aged corn whiskey. Biding its time for future release are over 100 barrels of bourbon, whiskey, single malt whiskey, and other crafted spirits.

Since 2013, the mission at Historic Brewing Company is to bring quality craft beer to the community boldly and intentionally. Fast forward to 2021. Historic Brewing has expanded to 3 locations offering fans delicious beer, cocktails, and food in an approachable setting. 

Historic Barrel + Bottle House, located in Downtown Flagstaff, is essentially two different concepts under one roof. Moving to a more prominent, more visible location in the heart of downtown Flagstaff on Historic Route 66, the new restaurant boasts a fun and eclectic atmosphere with tables for two or ten, a full-service bar, and a myriad of colorful doors adorning the walls. Despite the move and new décor, Pato Thai Cuisine has not changed its incredible, authentic fare.

Pato takes pride in delivering the freshest and most inspiring ingredients to make sure every plate receives a satisfying blend of flavors. From appetizers like wontons, edamame, and satay to rice, noodle, and curry dishes, diners can enjoy a true Thai experience.

If that isn’t cool enough to get you to stop, they’re located adjacent to Grand Canyon Harley Davidson. This place has been the GO TO joint for 27 years and it is just getting better and better. Under new ownership, the bar is shelling out some sweet tunes with live bands, they are kicking up their menu and drink selection and making everyone who visits feel right at home.
